TRUELY INSPIRATIONAL STORY!

I want to tell you a story which inspired me alot.I hope this story enlightens you and strengthen you to face any challenge that arrives in your path to success.

      In a Jungle there was a pregnant deer.It started feeling the pain.So the deer decided to search for a place which is very much suitable for delivering a fawn and which is safe too.



      The deer kept on moving till it reached a lush green grassland.Later on it recognized there was a river flowing nearby.Soon the weather grew harsh.The entire sky was filled with clouds and looked pale and dark.The pains started increasing.Soon the deer saw a Lion coming near to her.And there was a hunter with a gun in his hand coming in the direction of deer quite opposite to lion.





      The clouds began colliding each other.The climate was stormy.Soon a lightening too place.The deer noticed that because of the lightning the grass was set fire.Now the deer was stuck abrupt from all the four sides.There was river at one side,lion at other,a hunter on the 3rd and from the 4th the grass was sprouting with fire making no way for the deer to escape.What you expect the deer to do.Can she escape?



      With such a freaking obstacle and facing the most difficult face of life,the deer decided to give birth to fawn whatever might happen meanwhile.And it did delivered a fawn.So how did it escaped all the circumstances which were coming on her way?What happened to the lion,hunter?Did the climate changed?I will tell you what happened.Instead of escaping from there, the deer decided to face them with real courage and believed her faith in the God.So what happened...


      Because of the storm and lightening the hunter missed his target and killed the lion.And then the heavy rain which followed the lightening swept out the fire on the grass entirely.Because of these things the deer delivered a fawn successfully.
      The moral of the story is that in whichever situation you may be just focus on your duty and don't fear about the things which happens your nearby.

Is Stress Good or Bad


I'm writing this article for one of my closed ones.I hope this stuff is helpful for you too.

When I'm talking about stress, you please make sure its the stress which the humans feel or suffer.
Recently when I was in a conversation with my friend, my dear friend said that:"I'm in stress and frustrated''.As most of you,I too did the same thing by asking Why?.The reply from my friend made me feel like the world is too small and things which are not so important can also become the deadly obstacles and crush your body and brain."This is what I felt and I don't want to hurt the sentiments of anyone because sometimes small problems may look big".And my friend's next reply gave me the answer.Its the "situation".Situations act as a magnifier in this scenario.Some situations will make you see small problems as big.
The above kind of situations are mostly embedded with problems.That's their character.Some of you may try to solve them, some avoid and some want to escape.My suggestion for all of you who wants to escape problems is:
"The best way to escape a problem is to solve it".So that it doesn't arise again.And sometimes its better to avoid some problems.You may think that small and simple problems can be solved with ease but what about the big ones?
This beautiful quote will answer for you:
"If your problem is as big as a ship, never forget that your blessings are as wide as an ocean".

The first thing to know about is:What is Stress?
A good and simple definition which I found is as follows, Stress is your body's way of response to any kind of demand or threat.

Next question:Does stress really exist?
This is the most discussed question.
According to me there is no stress, its only a perception and your feelings that make you are in stress.And this has been my answer and advice for all those who used to say me that they are feeling stressed.Most of you may not agree with me.
The reason behind my opinion is that stress doesn't have a particular symptom and there is no medicine to to cure stress,just an advice.When we feel pain we call it stress, sometimes pain.When we feel discomfort we call it stress sometimes.We call it stress when we feel exhausted sometimes.Many iconic and eminent personalities don't use the word stress instead they go for exhaustion or pain or so on.So the existence of stress depends on your perception. 

The next point for discussion is:Whether its good or bad?
It is said that stress can be caused by both good and bad experiences.And the effects of it is also of two types:good and bad.If you consider it to be good-it surely helps you out.

Next question:What are the causes of stress?
The factors that cause stress are known as stressors which are of two types:-internal and external.
EXTERNAL CAUSES
  • Manager's pressure
  • Financial problems
  • Being too busy
  • Relationship difficulties and so on...
INTERNAL CAUSES
  • Negative self talk
  • Rigid thinking 
  • Pessimism.
The next question is:What gifts does stress offer you?
Stress offers you both good and bad.It depends on how you consider to take it.



GOOD:
Stress in small doses has many advantages.It can help you meet your daily challenges and take some bold decisions which will bring you name and fame.It keeps us accountable for our actions.It motivates and inspires you to become a good citizen when you account stress in a positive way.
BAD:
Emotional stress that stays around for weeks or months can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, and other heart diseases.

The last and the most important one:How to handle stress?   
There are many ways to handle stress without consulting any Doctor.I'll tell you some of that many which will help you in handling stress.They are as follows:
  • Look at stress in a more proactive way rather than reacting to it.
  • Be optimistic, think that whatever happens -happens for good.
  • As you all know that ancient Hindus had solutions for every problem.They came up with yoga to handle stress. Asanas like Pranayama and Shavasana can help you out.Even a simple meditation or deep breathing is also enough sometimes.
  • Talking or communicating with others like friends and family can also help you relieve stress.
  •  Have a good diet and take rest regularly.
